It draws on recent market research carried out by GOGLA, gathering data from close to 40 off-grid solar companies, including market leaders, on the types and level of employment in different types of positions. This data has been used to estimate industry-wide employment, building on current industry sales data, and projections of future sales. Jobs numbers are based on full-time-equivalency (FTE).
