Contexte

Dans le cadre du projet "Développement du Marché Solaire en Tunisie" (DMS), l’équipe de la Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH et son partenaire principal l’Agence Nationale pour la Maîtrise de l’Energie (ANME) ont initié la Table Ronde "Energie Solaire" à Sfax.

La région de Sfax est la région pilote du projet "Développement du Marché Solaire en Tunisie" (DMS). Le but du projet, qui est financé par le Ministère Fédéral de la Coopération Economique et du Développement d’Allemagne et exécuté par la GIZ en coopération avec l’ANME, est d’améliorer les conditions cadre et des prestations de services pour plus d’investissements au marché photovoltaïque et solaire thermique. Afin de promouvoir le marché solaire au niveau régional, le projet vise à établir la Table Ronde Energie Solaire (RTES) orientée vers les résultats avec les acteurs du marché solaire pertinents de Sfax. Représentants de l’ANME, de la STEG, de la ville et du gouvernorat de Sfax, des entreprises, des banques, des ONG, des institutions éducatives discutent les défis du marché solaire dans la région de Sfax et élaborent un plan d’action commun. Ce plan d’action spécifie les actions à réaliser dans la région de Sfax qui seront mis en œuvre conjointement par les acteurs régionaux. Des actions sélectionnées reçoivent le soutien du projet DMS. Pour être éligible au soutien du projet DMS les actions doivent satisfaire plusieurs critères comme par exemple l’implication active d’au moins deux acteurs régionaux différents et la contribution directe au développement du marché solaire dans la région de Sfax. Les acquis et enseignements tirés seront mis à la disposition d’autres régions et des représentants de la politique de promotion nationale.

La Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH en collaboration avec son partenaire principal l’Agence pour la Maîtrise de l’Energie (ANME) a organisé la 6ème table ronde "Energie Solaire" le 19 Juillet 2016 à la salle de conférence du Service Régionale de l’ANME à Sfax.

Lors de cette rencontre, situé au coeur du projet "Développement du Marché Solaire" (DMS), les acteurs du marché solaire de Sfax ont de même marqué cette édition par leur présence et leurs échanges enrichissants.

7ème Table ronde ( 18.11.2016 )

En collaboration avec son partenaire principal l’Agence pour la Maîtrise de l’Energie (ANME), la GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) a organisé la 7ème table ronde "Energie Solaire" en présence de ses membres, acteurs régionaux du marché solaire de Sfax.

Cette rencontre, tenue le 18 Novembre 2016 à Sfax, avait pour objet de faire le point sur l'état d'avancement des activités du projet DMS en mettant l'accent sur l'inauguration de l'installation photovoltaïque de démonstration de l'ENIS, ainsi que discuter les éventuelles initiatives pour la deuxième phase du projet "Développement du Marché Solaire".

8 ème table ronde (13.04.2017)

En présence de ses membres, acteurs du marché solaire à Sfax, la 8ème Table Ronde Energie Solaire s'est tenue le 13 avril 2017. Cette édition a permis de faire le point d'une part sur l'état d'avancement des activités du projet DMS, et d'autre part sur le nouveau projet Renforcement du Marché Solaire (RMS). Tous les participants ont pu échanger leurs idées et propositions d'éventuelles activités de ce nouveau projet, succésseur au projet DMS.

L’objectif de cette édition consiste à identifier les activités du projet RMS à Sfax pour l’année 2017.

La rencontre s'est déroulée tel un atelier où plusieurs présentations ont été réalisées, suivies par un travail de groupes pour l’identification des nouvelles activités.

10 ème table ronde (12.12.2017)

Faisant suite aux éditions précedentes, la 10 ème Table Ronde Energie Solaire à Sfax s'est tenue le 12 Décembre 2017 en présence des ses membres acteurs clés du marché solaire de la région de Sfax.

Cette réunion a connue la participation de nouveaux acteurs appartenant aux secteurs de l'agriculture, du tourisme et de l'hôtellerie ainsi que de la société civile, ouvrant la voie à de nouvelles possibilités d'activités promotrices de l'énergie solaire.

En outre, les membres présents ont eu l'occasion de s'informer sur les actualisations des cadres incitatif, reglementaire et administratifs des installations photovoltaïques.

11ème Table Ronde (24.05.2018)

Afin d’assurer la continuité des échanges avec les différents acteurs régionaux du marché solaire à Sfax, la 11^ème Table Ronde Energie Solaire TRES, s’est tenue le 24 mai.

Cette rencontre a permis aux membres de la table ronde de se tenir informés de l’avancement des travaux de la composante régionale du projet RMS ainsi que des actualités relatives aux projets d’énergies renouvelables en Tunisie, tout en évoquant les futures activités de collaboration.

La table ronde s’est clôturée par une réflexion constructive autour de la nouvelle initiative « Promotion du rôle de la Femme dans le secteur de l’Energie » qui vise à renforcer l’intégration de la dimension genre dans le secteur de la maîtrise de l’énergie.
