Programa Municipal de Cambio Climático (PMCC)
1 Etapa: Planificación
Objetivo: Identificar la estructura base del municipio para posibilitar el desarrollo del PMCC, y de esta manera coordinar acciones con el gobierno del estado.
2 Etapa: Alineación e Integración de la Política
Objetivo: Asegurar la alineación vertical del PMCC con los instrumentos de política pública de cambio climático a nivel nacional y estatal vigentes, las disposiciones de la LGCC y la LACC, así como la integración horizontal con otros instrumentos de política pública a nivel municipal, como los ordenamientos territoriales y la normatividad aplicable.
3 Etapa: Diagnóstico
Objetivo: Identificar y analizar las características del territorio para dirigir las prioridades en materia de cambio climático a nivel municipal.
4 Etapa: Diseño de acciones
Objetivo: Diseñar acciones de mitigación, adaptación, educación y comunicación que respondan a las necesidades identificadas en los diagnósticos, a las necesidades de cada municipio, a la alineación vertical y a la integración horizontal de la política.
5 Etapa: Priorización
Objetivo: Priorizar las acciones de mitigación, adaptación, comunicación y educación, con la finalidad de que la implementación sea factible.
6 Etapa: Ruta de implementación
Objetivo: Establecer la agenda climática municipal y su visión a mediano y largo plazo para la construcción de un proyecto que trascienda los periodos administrativos. No hay entrada en el Blog todavía.
7 Etapa: Consulta pública
Objetivo: Generar la ruta crítica que permita la ejecución de la consulta pública del PMCC para recabar participaciones en forma de observaciones, sugerencias, opiniones, propuestas, recomendaciones y comentarios respecto al PMCC. No hay entrada en el Blog todavía.
8 Etapa: Financiamiento
Objetivo: Identificar y analizar las fuentes de financiamiento para la implementación
