Practical Action seek to hire an experienced Evaluation Consultancy agency/service provider (“The Consultant”) to join the project’s Rwanda Evaluation team as the Independent Evaluators.
The Evaluation Team will design, coordinate and deliver the final evaluation of the RE4R project in Rwanda.
The Consultant will:
- Act as the primary investigator and analyst for the project’s final evaluation
- Ensure neutrality and non-bias of methods, delivery and findings/recommendations
