L’atelier «Le Photovoltaïque: Opportunités dans l’Agriculture et l’Industrie Agroalimentaire» dans la région Nord-Ouest

Après avoir réalisé une étude sur les "Opportunités du Solaire Photovoltaïque dans les Secteurs Agricole & Agroalimentaire" et la publication des fiches projets ci-dessous, l’Agence Nationale pour la Maitrise de l’Energie (ANME), en collaboration avec l’Agence de Promotion des Investissements Agricoles (APIA) et la Coopération Allemande au Développement (GIZ) ont organisé le 24 Novembre 2016 dans la région du Nord Ouest le séminaire " Le Photovoltaïque: Opportunités dans l’Agriculture et l’Industrie Agroalimentaire".

Les hausses des prix de l'électricité ont rendu l'énergie solaire de plus en plus attractive pour les promoteurs des secteurs agricole et agroalimentaire enclins à couvrir une partie de leur consommation électrique par eux-mêmes (autoconsommation), devenant ainsi moins dépendants de la tarification de l’électricité. Plusieurs études évaluent, le temps de retour d’un investissement photovoltaïque (PV) entre 4 et 8 ans (en fonction du type et de la taille de l’installation et d'autres facteurs).

Cet évènement, ayant rassemblé plus de 230 participants, a été une opportunité de rencontre entre des

Professionnels des secteurs agricole, agroalimentaire et photovoltaïque
Représentants d’institutions d’appui au niveau national et régional
Représentants des autorités locales
Représentants de la société civile.

Les objectifs du séminaire étaient les suivants:

Montrer les différentes possibilités d’application de la technologie PV dans l’agriculture et l’industrie agroalimentaire
Montrer le potentiel et la rentabilité des investissements photovoltaïques (PV) pour les promoteurs
Donner un aperçu du cadre réglementaire et des programmes de soutien existants
Présenter des «success stories» et des exemples de projets de référence ayant permis des économies grâce à l’application de la solution PV.

Des stands étaient aménagés pour permettre des rencontres B2B entre promoteurs et sociétés actives dans l’agriculture et l’industrie agroalimentaire, sociétés installatrices PV et institutions d’appui, pour discuter plus concrètement des opportunités d’investissement pour la réalisation de projets photovoltaïques.
