This will include performing the following activities:(i) programme management; (ii) development, due diligence, and assessment of potential investments; (iii)portfoliomanagement of existing projects; (iv) monitoring, evaluation and reporting functions; (v) knowledge management, marketing, and communications; (vi) legal, procurement, and contract management;(viii)government and stakeholder relations; (ix)Other related tasks as reasonably requested by PERNmanagement. The consultant will be located in either Maputo, Mozambique or Luanda, Angola and is anticipated tohave a100% full-time-equivalentcontract for a durationof up to 12 months |
