Introducing social, economic and environmental benefits of PicoPV systems the booklet is also pointing out the assessment of quality and cost. Furthermore, it summarizes results of a PicoPV field survey and illustrates policy and market aspects such as pricing and subsidies.

Cette brochure publiée en 2010 a été beaucoup appréciée. Pour la rendre disponible à un plus grand public la brochure a maintenant été traduite en langue française.
La brochure donne une introduction aux bénéfices sociaux, économiques et environnementaux des systèmes PicoPV, ainsi qu’une indication de l’évaluation de leur qualité et des coûts. Par ailleurs la brochure contient le résumé d’une étude de terrain et des informations concrètes sur les aspects politiques et commerciaux tant que la structure des prix et les subventions.
