Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) and the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) are inviting you to join the Energizing Finance: A Framework for Tracking Cooling Investment Webinar. This event will take place on Tuesday 23rd February 2021.
Global cooling needs are significant and expected to continue growing rapidly. This increasing demand will require large volumes of finance for sustainable cooling solutions to minimize climate impacts and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. However, current cooling finance datasets are limited and lack project-level information, preventing governments, development banks, and private investors from assembling comprehensive cooling transaction databases. Tracking financial commitments is crucial to evaluate how actual cooling investment patterns compare to projected needs.
